Welcome to the weekend, my friends! I’m headed to Ecuador with World Vision this week to experience their new Chosen program in person and I’m near tears just thinking about it. The best part about it is that you can be there with me via this awesome internet. We’re going to work together to help as many families as we possibly can.

I’d appreciate it so much if you’d take just a few minutes and read more about the trip and our goals for helping the community. Working together, I know that we can make a huge difference.

ON THE BLOG this week: Strawberry, Banana, Pecan Slow Cooker Oatmeal is a recipe we’ve been making for years. If you haven’t tried a slow cooker oatmeal, I recommend putting it on your meal plan for fall.

Are you getting excited for the holiday baking? Or does just the thought of that stress you out? If you love the idea of having holiday treats at your fingertips for gifting, snacking, and serving on the dessert table, but you do not want to spend endless hours in the kitchen (or if you DO enjoy that and just want a few super easy treats to add in to the mix!) these fudge recipes for you!

Have you pre-ordered your copy of The Weeknight Dessert Cookbook?? (link HERE) Grab one now so that it will land on your doorstep the day it releases! Just a couple more weeks!!

What I’m CRAVING: These CrockPot Lettuce Wraps by Shugary Sweets are calling my name. You all know that I’m all about the easy dinners! These Pork Chops Romano by Renee’s Kitchen Adventures look so good, they need to happen as well.

My FAVORITE THING this week is my NM Pinon Coffee (link HERE) oh, how I love this coffee! I picked up several bags while I was in Albuquerque a few weeks ago and I am giddy to discover I can get it on Amazon now as well.

What I’m READING: I just downloaded My Dear Hamilton: A Novel of of Eliza Schuyler Hamilton by Stephanie Dray (link HERE) I’ve heard really great things about this book, so I’m looking forward to diving into it. I’ll keep you posted!

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!
