Welcome to the weekend, my friends! I hope that your weekend has been absolutely lovely. We cooked up a feast here at home and we’ve been enjoying the leftovers (everyone’s favorite part, of course) ever since. We’ve been as laid back as possible and I have no complaints right now.

ON THE BLOG this week: Did you catch the Everything Bagel Cheese Ball? Because this is basically my favorite snack these days. I made it twice more just this week.

I lost count of how many of you emailed to tell me, commented, and shared on social media this week that you were making it too. I’m thrilled you liked it so much!

What I’m CRAVING: This Peanut Butter Banana Pie has become one of the most popular recipes from my new cookbook and my friend Holly shared it on her website this week. One of the first people who made it declared this pie, “the greatest dessert he had ever tasted.” If you like peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas… you just might think so too.

My FAVORITE THING this week is my blow dryer (link HERE) I told you about it this past spring when I first fell in love with it. This amazing volumizing blow dryer is the magic tool that everyone has been talking about this year. And it’s 40% off right now! In all seriousness, I just bought a spare one, because I love it that much and heaven forbid it not be available someday when mine stops working.

What I’m WATCHING: The new Netflix animated movie Klaus (link HERE) is a great Christmas movie to watch. My family watched it this week and all five of us gave it two thumbs up.

What I’m READING: The Bookish Life of Nina Hill (link HERE) sigh. As a book lover myself, and someone who often would rather read a book than spend time with people, I really wanted to love this one. While I did finish it and parts of it made me smile, it felt so absurdly unrealistic that I wasn’t attached to any of the characters. In truth, I was just glad when I finished it. Can’t win them all, right?

“Christmas magic is silent. You don't hear it — you feel it. You know it. You believe it.” - Kevin Alan Milne

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!
