Welcome to the weekend, my friends! I hosted friends here in Ohio this week and we had a really amazing early Christmas. Have you seen The Original Comfy? (link HERE) We burst out laughing when we saw these, but oh my goodness! This is basically a wearable blanket and it’s absurdly, ridiculously comfortable. Your next movie night might be the coziest ever. (Check it out on Amazon, but keep an eye out for it at Costco this month, as there’s supposed to be a coupon that makes it about $17!)

ON THE BLOG this week: Tart cranberries and spicy peppers mingle in our much loved sweet and spicy Cranberry Pepper Jam. I can’t get enough of this jam and neither can all of you, apparently!

Sweet oranges, pineapple chunks and kiwi slices are tossed with a simple honey-lime poppyseed dressing to make this Honey Lime Winter Fruit Salad. This salad takes barely five minutes to prepare and it disappears almost that quickly.

Bacon Guacamole is a creamy, slightly spicy guacamole made with roasted garlic and BACON – and it is an appetizer that absolutely no one has ever been able to resist.

What I’m CRAVING: This Pizza Dip by Foodie with Family sounds so good! With a loaf of warm bread for dipping, I’d be in heaven.

My FAVORITE THING this week is this teeny tiny trashcan for the car. (link HERE) I picked it up this week and I LOVE it. Basically, a short cup with a unique lid, it fits in the car’s cupholder perfectly. It’s great for wrappers, tissues, and other small pieces of trash that might otherwise wind up on the floor of the car or in the door. I like mine so much, I bought a couple more for stocking stuffers for my husband and oldest son’s vehicles.

What I’m WATCHING: A Gift Wrapped Christmas (link HERE) I can’t get enough of the truly great feel-good Christmas movies this year. And this one? It was fun.

What I’m READING: I’m working through the rest of the books in the Myron Bolitar series (link HERE) I’ve read them all before, but they’re a fun read the second time as well.

“Christmas is a piece of one’s home that one carries in one’s heart.” - Freya Stark

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!
