World Ballet Series: Cinderella
Welcome to the magical world of Cinderella, coming to the Taft Theatre on April 27! An enchanting story for all ages with a wonderful dose of humor, the majesty of classical ballet, and the promise of “happily ever after”. Cinderella is performed live by a cast of 40 ballet dancers gathered to bring this celebrated fairy tale to life.
Frisch's Roller Rink at Fountain Square
Ready, set, skate! Frisch’s Roller Rink is open Wednesday through Sunday for the month of April at Fountain Square – don’t miss out! Walk-up admission is available during rink hours, but you can guarantee a spot on the rink by making a reservation for your skate session in advance online.
Heroines of Our History
Celebrate some of the extraordinary women who lived in our region and made history! Meet reenactors in historical clothing portraying the following historical figures: Mary Burnet Craig Carpenter Dunlavy, Clara Ann and Priscilla Jane Thompson and other Unsung Heroines.
The sale features dozens of species and includes many new offerings. Spring ephemerals such as Virginia Bluebells, Giant White Trillium, Squirrel Corn and Twinleaf and more are also available at this year’s sale. Also available at the sale will be an array of gardening and bird-related items from our Nature Store and Gift Shop.
Zoo Blooms
Every spring, the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden becomes the Cincinnati Botanical Garden & Zoo when it transforms into a magnificent explosion of color! As one of only two accredited botanical gardens in Ohio, the Cincinnati Zoo offers one of the largest tulip displays in the Midwest.
