Welcome to the weekend, my friends! I’m waking up in the gorgeous weather of Salt Lake City, UT today. I’ve been here for a couple days and I’ve had my window open as much as possible. Phoenix is going to feel warmer than ever when I return home! I’m here in Utah for the Everything Food conference where I’ll be speaking along with my friend Rebecca and sharing some thoughts on cookbook writing later this morning. (Spoiler alert: I LOVE writing cookbooks!)

Did you catch the Sriracha Honey Cashew Chicken on the blog this week? My kids devour that meal in minutes every time we make it. These Stir Fry Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables are another new favorite that we’ve been making on repeat.

What I’m CRAVING: Tortilla Eggs by How Sweet Eats, Mediterranean Pasta by Well Plated, and this Dill Pickle Chicken Salad by Noble Pig. My kids made the Dill Pickle Chicken Salad twice last week and the kids are already asking if they can make it again.

My FAVORITE THINGS this week are these Haribo gummi roulettes (link HERE). They are my favorite snack/candy to have tucked into my bag. Haribo gummies are truly the best in the world and I’ve never found this particular Haribo shape in a store. So, I order the box from Amazon and keep them in my office closet. (Don’t tell my kids, k?)

What I’m LISTENING to: Cleopatra by The Lumineers (link HERE) this album never gets old and it always put me in a terrific mood.
