Welcome to the weekend, my friends! Are you as happy as I am that today is Saturday? I’m headed out with a couple friends to check out an escape room this afternoon and I’m looking forward to it. Have you done an escape room? Did you enjoy it? This is a first for me.

ON THE BLOG this week: These Crock-Pot Chicken Fajitas are my answer to the busiest of weekdays. You can start them in the afternoon and dinner will be ready when you are.

Have you tried Green Chile Guacamole yet? It is fantastic and we’ve been making it at least every couple of weeks for a while now. I’m so happy to have finally shared it with you on the blog this week.

I’m betting you’ve noticed that pumpkin season has arrived. Have you stirred together a batch of Pumpkin Pie Spices yet? You’ll be using it in waffles, oatmeal, and breads all fall long.

Did you catch the sale last week? If you haven’t grabbed your copy of The Weeknight Dinner Cookbook, get it now! It’s still on sale on Amazon for under $15 - and several of you have sent me photos saying that it’s back in Costco too! The reviews are consistently awesome and I am so happy that you all are enjoying it!

What I’m CRAVING: This Potato Chip Chicken by FoodieCrush caught my eye and I have it on my meal plan for this week. I can’t wait to try it. And this Mississippi Pot Roast by Saving Room for Dessert looks absolutely mouthwatering too and I know my guys are going to love it.

My FAVORITE THING this week is this super cute half-size swirl bundt pan (link HERE). Why a half-size pan? This is a 6-cup bundt pan and transforms a simple loaf pan size pound cake into something so much prettier. I’ve already used it once and I can’t wait to use it again and again.

What I’m READING / LISTENING to: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (link HERE) My youngest kiddo has been reading this one aloud to me in my office as I work each afternoon. In our house, the kids can’t watch the movies until they’ve read the books. So, he’s highly motivated.

"At the end of your life, you will never regret not having passed one more test, not winning one more verdict, or not closing one more deal. You will regret time not spent with a husband, a friend, a child, a parent.” - Barbara Bush

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!

Mary
