Happy Sunday, my friends! (Can you even believe it’s the last day of MARCH?! This year is flying by!) I hope that your weekend has been a wonderful one. What an amazing week we spent in the Caribbean with Princess Cruises! You can see all of my favorite highlights of our Caribbean story on Instagram.

I headed home yesterday, rested and so very relaxed. Today has been filled with church, grocery shopping, meal planning, family time, and even a bit of work. It is GOOD to be home!

ON THE BLOG this week: I shared Sunburst Lemon Bars {a.k.a. the best lemon bars of your life} and they’re something special. I’ve been making them for several years and I still love them every bit as much as I did at first bite.

I also shared the first peek into our Caribbean cruise and you can check that out HERE.

What I’m CRAVING: So many delicious things from the ship!! I’ll be recreating a few of those recipes sooner than later because I can’t wait to eat them again. But in the meantime, this Shrimp Diablo by Lemons for Lulu is calling my name along with this Bang Bang Shrimp from Sweet C’s. I have a couple pounds of shrimp just begging to be cooked this week, so I’m betting both recipes are going to happen.

My FAVORITE THING this week is my $7 mascara (link HERE) I used this mascara for years and years and then, for whatever reason, (I think it was because I had a couple of weird tubes that were off?) I started trying others. I told you how much I loved BLINC mascara (link HERE) a couple years ago and I still think it’s pretty amazing, but darn it, it dries out fast. I dearly love that mascara for the first month and then it’s just mediocre. I’m not sure what the current wisdom is for replacing your mascara, but at this point, I’m not willing to spend $30 a month for BLINC.

Anyways, having just rambled on about mascara for an absurd length of time, I’ll just thank my sis for reminding me how fabulous the Loreal mascara really is. I love it all over again.

What I’m READING: The Girl Who Chased The Moon by Sarah Addison Allen (link HERE) I read this one while we were on the ship and I enjoyed it. If you want a light book with a bit of magic, this is a fun read.

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more… It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” - Melody Beattie

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!
